*Teach children inspiring and challenging lessons according to their needs
*Set clear and achievable targets that use prior attainment and data effectively
*Make effective use of assessment strategies
*Report on pupil progress and give informative and meaningful feedback
*Work alongside the Assistant Head to plan and prepare subject curriculum and schemes of work
*Monitor the teaching and learning of a specialist subject
*Contribute to CPD for your specialist subject and mentor NQTs
