About the Role:
As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing the academic and personal growth of our young learners. You'll join a supportive team in a one form entry school environment and be instrumental in delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Engage with parents and carers to support student learning and well-being.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in Lower KS2
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) certificate or equivalent
- Overseas trained teachers are welcome to apply.
- Availability for full-time work and willingness to take on additional responsibilities (TLR)
- Salary: Inner London Pay Scale M2 - M6 (£38,491 - £47,666)
