Year 4 Teacher
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a KS2 class teacher in Kings Heath. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons in year 4 at a large primary school in the heart of Kings Heath.
The school is renowned for it's dedication to staff wellbeing and professional development. It is part of a small and dedicated Multi Academy Trust that is striving to improve teaching and learning through the use of cutting edge strategies and pedagogy and require teachers that are driven to develop their skill sets and fit the progressive nature of the school/MAT.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Assess and track student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to plan and coordinate curriculum-wide activities and events
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes student learning and wellbeing
Participate in parents evenings and communicate regularly with families about student progress
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, specifically Year 4
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for primary education
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
