Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a term long post covering a Year 4 class post. The successful applicant will be able to confidently teaching across KS2 within a driven and supportive team, with the opportunity of applying for permanent positions.

This group of school has a focus on maintaining its' "Good" reputation and results so welcome new ideas, and expect innovative teaching and learning styles. You will require exceptional behaviour management skills and experience with ability to support a mixed ability class with a TA.

To be eligible to apply for this role you will need:
* Qualified Teacher Status
* DBS on the update service
* To be able to provide two teaching references within the last two years
* Exceptional behaviour management capability
* Experience in teaching in Lower KS2
* A positive and passionate approach to teaching
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work
The Ability to deliver fun and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum and standards
