The Headteacher is seeking an experienced primary teacher to join them on a maternity contract from Jan 2019. The post will be to take on a Year 5 class on a full-time basis for a full calendar year. The school is an outstanding multiform entry Catholic school. Graded as Outstanding in recent Ofsted. Pupils make excellent progress from when they arrive at the school and are learning above the national average.
The class is made up of 30 pupils and there is a full time TA to help support in the class.
This is an amazing opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about teaching and raising standards. Behaviour is exceptional allowing you to really focus on your skills and talent as a teacher.

The school is situated in South Birmingham. The fellow year 3 class teacher is highly experienced and will be on hand to help and assist. Joint PPA time will be allocated allowing you to work collaboratively on planning and preparing schemes of work.

The school is set in a modern building and all classrooms come with an interactive whiteboard, full time TA and breakout area.

The Headteacher offers a welcoming and exciting environment. There is lots of support and development in place at the school to help individuals excel.

The role is on a contract basis with the school. The Headteacher welcomes applicants from both full time and part time teachers. Experienced teachers, Overseas trained teachers and NQT's are all welcome to apply.
