Cover Supervisors - Join Our Team for the 2025 Academic Year
Are you confident in managing a classroom and looking for flexible work in education? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to join our team for the 2025 academic year.
We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to work on a supply basis across a range of Secondary Schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals looking for flexible work without the full responsibilities of a teaching role.
What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain classroom order in the absence of the regular teacher
Support students with their learning and ensure tasks are completed
Manage behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment
Report back to teaching staff on progress and any issues
What We're Looking For:
Confident, adaptable individuals with strong communication and classroom management skills
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
A genuine interest in education and supporting students' learning
Flexibility to work across a variety of schools and year groups
