Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience)

As a recruitment agency specialising in educational support roles, we're seeking compassionate, motivated candidates to provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
Your Responsibilities:
Work closely with SENCOs and teaching staff to support students with EHCPs
Deliver emotional and academic support to students with behavioural or learning needs
Implement strategies to support emotional regulation and focus
Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
You Will Need:
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
A genuine interest in SEN, mental health, or educational psychology
Previous experience in a school, care, or youth setting (preferred)
