Learning Support Assistant - Secondary Schools - Tower Hamlets - September Start

🕒 Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only
💰 Pay: £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience)

We're recruiting enthusiastic, dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join supportive secondary schools across Tower Hamlets this September. These roles are ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in education-especially those considering careers in teaching, SEN support, or educational psychology.

🔍 The Role:

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with additional needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia)

  • Assist in adapting classwork and helping students engage with the curriculum

  • Support classroom behaviour and help create a positive learning environment

  • Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to track student progress

✅ Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A passion for education and helping students overcome barriers to learning

  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

  • Previous experience working with young people or in a school (preferred but not essential)
