Salary: Paid to scale, dependant on experience
Tradewind are a recruiting on behalf of a Mixed Secondary School based in South Liverpool, we are seeking a Biology Teacher to join a welcoming and ambitious Science department from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position, teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured Biology lessons to students aged 11-16.
- Contribute to a thriving Science department with a collaborative ethos.
- Support pupils of all abilities in achieving strong outcomes at GCSE.
- Take part in curriculum development, assessment, and enrichment opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a specialism in Biology.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young scientists.
- Able to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Committed to supporting the wider school life and ethos.
