We are seeking a dedicated and motivated ECT to join our team from September 2025, teaching in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 (placement dependent on your strengths and interests). This is a full-time role, and the school are delighted to offer a comprehensive and fully supported induction programme tailored for Early Career Teachers.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have strong subject knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and/or Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Be confident in the teaching and delivery of phonics - we use the Rocket Phonics programme
- Have a nurturing approach while establishing clear boundaries to provide children with structure and stability
- Create a safe and respectful learning environment where all children feel valued and confident to participate
- Promote a love of reading and communicate effectively with parents to support learning beyond the classroom
- Get to know children as individuals and use adaptive teaching methods to meet their varied needs
- Be both an independent worker and a team player, building strong relationships with pupils, support staff, colleagues, and the wider school community
- Be committed to immersing themselves fully in school life, contributing to its culture and ethos
