A large secondary school based in Hillingdon, Outer London, is looking for a passionate and dedicated PE Teacher to join on a long-term contract from September 2025 until July 2026. Role Overview - PE Teacher:
Deliver engaging and effective PE lessons tailored to students of all skill levels.
Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a lifelong love of sport.
Lead extracurricular sports clubs and support school competitions and events.
Maintain a safe and inclusive environment in all PE activities.
Inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential in and beyond the classroom.
Details:
Working hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (part-time applications welcome)
Salary: Competitive salary in line with Outer London MPS/UPS scales
Parking: On-site parking available for staff
Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Relevant degree or qualification in Physical Education
Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum and effective teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, approachable, and motivated to inspire students
