An established secondary school located in the Hounslow area of Outer London is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join their team on a long-term contract from September 2025 through July 2026. Role Overview - Geography Teacher:

  • Deliver inspiring and engaging geography lessons that challenge and support students of all abilities.

  • Develop students' knowledge of physical and human geography, encouraging critical thinking about global issues.

  • Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles.

  • Support students' development through fieldwork, projects, and enrichment activities.

  • Working hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (part-time applications welcome)

  • Salary: Competitive salary on Outer London MPS/UPS scales

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Degree or relevant qualification in Geography or related subject

  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for geography education

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
