Tradewind are recruiting! Are you an inspiring Physics Teacher ready for your next role in a high-achieving Tower Hamlets secondary school?
We are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in East London to appoint a part-time Physics Teacher starting this Autumn Term for the full academic year. This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate subject specialist to join a strong Science Department with the potential for a longer-term role.

As a Secondary Physics Teacher on supply, you will:
* Deliver well-planned, engaging Physics lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Tailor teaching strategies to support students of all abilities, including those with additional learning needs
* Assess and monitor student progress effectively
* Contribute to the wider Science Department and uphold the high standards of teaching and learning

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification
* Subject specialism in Physics or Science with strong Physics content
* A recent Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one)
* Overseas Police Checks (if applicable) and two recent, relevant references
* A CV that covers at least the last 10 years of your employment and education history
* A legal right to work in the UK

Inspectors noted that students enjoy coming to school, behave well, and make strong progress across a range of subjects, especially in the Sciences.
