About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning in a dynamic and diverse classroom environment. You'll help deliver high-quality education and play a vital role in supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons and classroom activities

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, including those with SEN

  • Support the development of students' literacy, numeracy, and communication skills

  • Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment

  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Are patient, empathetic, and passionate about education

  • Can build strong relationships with students and staff

  • Have experience working with young people (school-based or otherwise - desirable but not essential)

  • Are eager to learn and grow in a school setting
