Inclusion Support Practitioner - Northampton
Start Date: September 2025 | Full-Time | Long-Term Role

We're working with secondary schools in Northampton looking for friendly, reliable Inclusion Support Practitioners to join their teams from September 2025. This full-time role is a great chance to support students who need extra help with learning, behaviour, or emotional wellbeing.
What the job involves:
Supporting students who may struggle with learning, behaviour, or social and emotional challenges
Working one-to-one or in small groups to help students stay engaged and confident
Helping staff with personalised support plans and keeping records of student progress
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping students develop better coping skills
Building trusting relationships with students and supporting their overall wellbeing
Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to make sure students get the right support
What we're looking for:
Experience working with young people, ideally in schools or similar settings
A patient, calm, and caring attitude
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
Someone who's reliable, organised, and keen to help students succeed
(Bonus) Any training or experience related to SEN or behaviour support
