Inclusion Support Practitioner - Northampton
Start Date: September 2025 | Full-Time | Long-Term Role

Are you someone who wants to help students feel supported and included at school? Do you enjoy working with young people and making a real difference to their school experience?

We're working with secondary schools in Northampton looking for friendly, reliable Inclusion Support Practitioners to join their teams from September 2025. This full-time role is a great chance to support students who need extra help with learning, behaviour, or emotional wellbeing.

What the job involves:

  • Supporting students who may struggle with learning, behaviour, or social and emotional challenges

  • Working one-to-one or in small groups to help students stay engaged and confident

  • Helping staff with personalised support plans and keeping records of student progress

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and helping students develop better coping skills

  • Building trusting relationships with students and supporting their overall wellbeing

  • Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to make sure students get the right support

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working with young people, ideally in schools or similar settings

  • A patient, calm, and caring attitude

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others

  • Someone who's reliable, organised, and keen to help students succeed

  • (Bonus) Any training or experience related to SEN or behaviour support
