As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students in and out of the classroom, working 1:1 or in small groups
Assist teachers in lesson preparation, delivery, and behaviour management
Gain valuable experience across Key Stages 3 and 4
Work in supportive schools committed to student development

While previous experience working with children is preferred, it is not essential. What matters most is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in education. A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required.
