1:1 Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) Wanted!
Location: Local Secondary Schools in Lambeth
Flexible Hours | Immediate Start | Weekly Pay

Tradewind Recruitment is on the lookout for dedicated, patient, and caring LSAs to support pupils with SEND, learning difficulties, or behavioural challenges in schools near you.
Whether you're seeking daily supply work or a long-term role, we have flexible placements to fit your lifestyle.
Your Role as a 1:1 LSA:
Provide personalised support to a pupil with additional needs
Help them access learning, build confidence, and thrive
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt strategies and ensure progress

Experience working with children (1:1 or SEN experience preferred)
Calm, patient, and resilient
