Role Overview:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers by working with individuals or small groups of pupils, helping to deliver planned activities, and assisting children with additional learning needs to achieve their full potential.

You'll Need:

  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

  • Experience working in a school environment, supporting pupils of varying abilities

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to support pupils both academically and socially

  • A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or National Curriculum

  • Training in behaviour management or safeguarding
