We are seeking a reliable and proactive Corridor Supervisor to join our Behaviour Support Team in a dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Newham.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor corridors and key areas of the school to ensure a calm, safe, and orderly environment
Support students in transitioning between lessons and throughout the school day
Escort students from classrooms to the Exclusion Unit when required
Supervise students in the Exclusion Unit, maintaining expectations and supporting their behaviour and wellbeing
Work closely with the Behaviour Team to de-escalate situations and encourage positive choices
What We're Looking For:
A firm but fair approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with young people
Confidence in managing challenging behaviour calmly and respectfully
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a school or youth support setting (desirable)
