We are seeking a reliable and proactive Corridor Supervisor to join our Behaviour Support Team in a dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Newham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor corridors and key areas of the school to ensure a calm, safe, and orderly environment

  • Support students in transitioning between lessons and throughout the school day

  • Escort students from classrooms to the Exclusion Unit when required

  • Supervise students in the Exclusion Unit, maintaining expectations and supporting their behaviour and wellbeing

  • Work closely with the Behaviour Team to de-escalate situations and encourage positive choices

What We're Looking For:

  • A firm but fair approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with young people

  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviour calmly and respectfully

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience in a school or youth support setting (desirable)
