Are you a confident HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) with strong experience supporting students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD)?

SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working exclusively with a fantastic service in the London Borough of Redbridge to recruit a skilled and passionate HLTA for the Autumn Term to support across several educational settings .

About the Role:

Full-time HLTA role for the Autumn Term (September - December 2025)
Working flexibly across Primary and Secondary Key Phases
Supporting students with SpLD including dyslexia, dyspraxia, and processing difficulties
Working closely with SENCOs and class teachers to plan and deliver tailored interventions
Providing 1:1 and small group support to boost learning outcomes

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven HLTA experience with relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent
Strong understanding of SpLD and effective strategies to support learners
A flexible and proactive approach to supporting students across year groups
Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one through SANZA)
