£32,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | OTE Year 1: £35,000-£42,000

What You'll Do:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Interview and place education professionals into teaching and support roles across London

  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

  • Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles to promote talent

  • Develop your market knowledge of London schools and education recruitment

  • Achieve KPIs and earn commission from your placements

  • Learn how to manage the full recruitment cycle and eventually take on your own client base
