Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector
Location: Holborn, Central London
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 base + Uncapped Commission

Tradewind Recruitment's London head office (Holborn) is expanding. We're looking for driven, high-performing consultants from the education recruitment sector to join our team and grow with us.

About the Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Build and manage your own education desk across London
• Maintain and grow relationships with schools and MATs
• Source, screen, and place high-quality teachers and support staff
• Work to clear KPI and billing targets (with full support to hit them)
