Before & After‑School Playworker

Location: Bolton area (BL3)
Hours: Monday - Friday
07:15 - 09:00 & 15:15 - 18:15 (term‑time only)

About the role:
Join our vibrant team supporting children aged 4-11 before school and through the busy after‑school period. You'll deliver fun, creative play in a safe, welcoming environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience working with 4-11 year‑olds
  • Strong understanding of children's diverse needs and family contexts
  • Knowledge of delivering high‑quality play care and equal opportunities
  • Ability to facilitate safe, creative, and inclusive play
  • Excellent communicator - with children, parents, and school staff
  • Collaborative team player with sound judgement and common sense
  • Proficient in spoken and written English to ensure children's well‑being
