🏫 Role: SEND Trainee Teacher - Support for Group of 6 Pupils
SANZA Teaching Agency, a Sunday Times Top 100 Company to Work For, is supporting a vibrant and inclusive 4-form entry primary school in Brent, in search of a Trainee SEND Teacher to work with a small group of six children with EHCPs. This is a fantastic role for a graduate or experienced TA who wants to build a career in SEND teaching.
This is a school-led teacher training route, with mentoring, ongoing CPD, and the potential to move onto salaried teacher training for 2026.
About the Role:
Provide targeted teaching and interventions to a group of six SEND pupils (Years 1-4).
Work closely with class teachers, therapists, and the school's SENCO.
Plan and deliver engaging sessions based on personalised targets.
Develop key communication, social, and academic skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A passion for SEND and aspirations to become a qualified SEND teacher.
Previous experience as a TA, tutor, or LSA within a mainstream or special school.
A calm, empathetic, and professional approach.
Graduate-level education and confidence working independently.
