About the Role:
Teach a class of 6-8 pupils in Key Stage 2, all with complex learning needs, ASD, and/or SEMH.
Develop and deliver a highly differentiated curriculum aligned to EHCP targets.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, behaviour specialists, and support staff.
Foster communication, independence, and emotional regulation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
QTS or QTLS with experience teaching in an SEND or PRU setting.
A strong understanding of ASD, MLD, PMLD, or SEMH.
Excellent communication and team-working skills.
A trauma-informed and creative approach to teaching.
