Teaching Assistant - Further Education - Northampton
Location: Northampton
Contract Type: Full-time/ Part-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £90-£115 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about supporting young people in their educational journey? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving Further Education setting in Northampton.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students aged 16+ in both group and 1:1 settings
- Assist learners with a range of educational needs, including those with SEND
- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons and ensure a positive learning environment
- Help monitor student progress and provide tailored academic and emotional support
Requirements:
- Experience supporting learners, preferably within a post-16 or secondary education environment
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for education and student development
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to initially pay for this, after working 20 working days you will be reimbursed for this cost)
