Teaching Assistant - Kettering - Full-Time - Immediate Start
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Salary: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping students access the curriculum. You will assist in classrooms across a range of subjects, work with small groups, and provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting the teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
Working with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning
Assisting with behaviour management and classroom organisation
Helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment
Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN), where required
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience working with children or young people (in school or other settings)
Be patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about education
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be flexible, reliable, and willing to work as part of a team
Hold or be willing to apply for a DBS on the Update Service
