Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a welcoming two-form entry Primary School in Dagenham that is committed to inclusion and has a strong community feel. They are seeking a KS1 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

The ideal KS1 Teacher will:
- Have a solid understanding of Phonics teaching (Letters and Sounds, Read Write Inc or equivalent).
- Confidently deliver early reading, writing and maths with a focus on mastery and fluency.
- Use formative assessment effectively to identify gaps and adapt teaching.
- Plan engaging lessons that support social, emotional and language development.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of SEND, EAL and higher-attaining pupils.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
Essential Compliance Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Proof of professional qualifications.
- Satisfactory references covering the last 2 years.
