SEN Maths Teacher - Full-Time - Northamptonshire - Immediate or January Start

Tradewind Recruitment is working with specialist SEN schools in Northamptonshire to recruit a passionate and skilled SEN Maths Teacher who can engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs.

The school supports pupils aged 11 to 18 who have a range of learning difficulties and additional needs such as autism, speech and language delay, SEMH, and ADHD. Maths is taught in small groups using a creative, real-world approach to help students build confidence and practical numeracy skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver inspiring and differentiated Maths lessons (KS3-KS4)
  • Develop creative, multi-sensory resources to engage SEN learners
  • Track student progress and contribute to EHCP reviews
  • Build trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families

What We're Looking For:

  • QTS/QTLS with Maths specialism (or relevant experience)
  • SEN teaching experience or strong understanding of additional needs
  • Ability to engage reluctant learners through patience and positivity
  • Commitment to promoting achievement for all
