Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher with experience or a strong interest in Special Educational Needs? Tradewind Recruitment is currently supporting a range of specialist SEN schools across Kettering, and we're looking to appoint flexible, enthusiastic Primary SEND Teachers to join our pool of outstanding educators.
We are recruiting on behalf of multiple partner schools that cater to pupils with a variety of needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN). You'll have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, gaining valuable experience and choosing placements that suit your style and strengths.
What We're Looking For:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Experience in SEN or inclusive settings is highly desirable
- Creative, compassionate, and flexible approach to teaching
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
