SEND Secondary Teacher - Kettering
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Start Date: Immediate or January 2026
Full-Time | Flexible Placements Across Multiple SEN Schools
Tradewind Recruitment is working in close partnership with several specialist SEN schools across Kettering and is seeking Secondary Teachers who are passionate about inclusive education. Whether your background is in a mainstream setting or you have direct SEN experience, we want to hear from you.
Our partner schools support students aged 11-16 with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH), Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), and other complex educational needs. Many schools offer strong support networks, smaller class sizes, and a team-based approach to tailored education.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- QTS/QTLS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- Strong subject knowledge across KS3/KS4 (core subjects especially welcome)
- Experience or genuine interest in working within SEN environments
- The ability to adapt lessons and support students with EHCPs
