SEN Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon - September Start
Long-term, full-time - join a friendly 2-form entry primary school
Tradewind is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Hillingdon, rated Good by Ofsted, for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start in September 2025.

Responsibilities:
Supporting a pupil with moderate learning difficulties on a 1:1 basis
Running small group interventions to support literacy and numeracy
Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals
Helping to adapt classroom resources and strategies
Requirements:
Experience supporting pupils with SEN, ideally in a primary setting
Confident communication and ability to build positive relationships
Patient, adaptable and reliable approach
Commitment to work for the full academic year
