Tradewind Recruitment are working with a thriving secondary school in Salford who are seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven experience in education to make a real difference to pupils' learning and progress.
The successful candidate will:
Have prior experience working in a school setting (applications without relevant school or education experience cannot be considered).
Be confident in supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis.
Be able to cover whole classes in the absence of a teacher, ensuring lessons are delivered effectively and pupils remain engaged.
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young people.
Be adaptable, reliable, and committed to supporting the academic and personal development of students.
