  • Understand the importance of trauma-informed and person-centred approaches

  • Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills

  • Hold an enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one)

In Return, You'll Receive:

  • A dedicated consultant to support your career journey

  • Access to free CPD including Safeguarding, Team Teach & SEND training

  • Opportunities for progression and permanent roles within our partner schools

  • A chance to make a real difference to students' lives every day

Whether you're an experienced support worker or looking to move into education, we want to hear from you.
