This is an exciting opportunity to work across different year groups and support pupils both in the classroom and through 1:1 interventions.

📚 About the Role

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

  • Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to help students achieve their targets.

  • Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team while also taking initiative where needed.

✅ Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working with children is desirable.

  • Passion for education and helping students succeed.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to provide creative and alternative approaches to learning.
