Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a friendly and inclusive school in the Wellingborough area to recruit a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, term-time position, ideal for someone who is committed to supporting children's learning and development in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and learning activities.
Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
Prepare classroom resources and support pupils in completing tasks.
Contribute to the social and emotional wellbeing of all pupils.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure pupils make progress.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have prior experience working with children in an educational setting.
Be patient, caring, and passionate about helping children achieve their best.
Be confident in supporting pupils with varying learning needs.
Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
Be flexible and willing to adapt to different classroom situations.
Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check.
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
