About the Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will assist with the delivery of lessons, support student learning, and help maintain a positive classroom environment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in teaching or gain valuable experience in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Support class teachers in delivering lessons and managing behaviour
Assist students with learning tasks and classroom activities
Supervise students during lessons and breaks when required
Help prepare teaching materials and resources
Contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
Passion for working with young people and supporting their education
Ability to drive and have reliable transport (essential for travel between schools)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility, reliability, and professionalism
Previous experience in education or working with children is desirable but not essential
