Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector
Location: Holborn, Central London
Salary: £32,000 + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE £35k-£42k)
Full-Time | Immediate Starts Available

What You'll Be Doing

  • Recruiting teachers and support staff for schools across London

  • Proactively sourcing and interviewing candidates

  • Building strong relationships with schools and educators

  • Preparing CVs and professional candidate profiles

  • Working towards achievable sales targets and earning commission on every placement

  • Becoming a trusted partner to clients in the education sector

Who We're Looking For
