Location: Ealing, West London
Salary: £95-£105 per day (depending on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in SEND support, youth work, or behaviour mentoring to make a real difference in education.
Key Responsibilities
Support lower secondary students displaying challenging or impulsive behaviour
Promote calm, structured, and positive classroom management strategies
Help pupils develop coping skills, resilience, and confidence in school life
Build strong, trusting relationships to encourage engagement and progress
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to deliver targeted interventions
Role Details
Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, term time only
Salary: £95-£105 per day (depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Essential Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates who:
Have proven experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour
Can remain calm, patient, and consistent under pressure
Build positive, trusting relationships with students and colleagues
Bring strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Background in education, youth work, or social care is highly desirable
