Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Hull
£28,000-£30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | OTE Year 1: £35,000-£42,000

The Role

  • Recruit teachers and support staff for schools across the Yorkshire region

  • Source, interview, and place candidates into roles

  • Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals

  • Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles

  • Work towards realistic KPIs and earn commission on every placement

  • Become a trusted consultant and advisor to schools
