SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 SEN Support (Ely)

Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Start Date: Immediate
Full-time | Term Time Only

A primary school in Ely is looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, ideal for someone looking to make a real difference in a child's education.

Key Duties:

• Provide 1:1 support throughout the school day
• Follow an Individual Education Plan (IEP)
• Encourage social and emotional development
• Assist with classroom tasks and group activities
• Work in partnership with school staff and parents

Candidate Requirements:

• Some experience working with children (school, nursery, or similar)
• A nurturing, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
