Role Overview:

Cover classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring learning continues effectively.
Contribute to the planning, assessment, and delivery of engaging learning activities.
Work closely with the SEN and pastoral teams to support the holistic development of students.
Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A genuine passion for helping young people succeed academically and personally.
Previous experience working in a secondary school environment.
