Behaviour Mentor - Secondary Schools in Croydon

Your role will include:

  • Providing one-to-one and small-group mentoring to support behaviour and engagement

  • Helping students build self-esteem, resilience, and emotional regulation skills

  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to implement positive behaviour strategies

  • Creating a safe, nurturing environment where every student can thrive

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with young people

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

  • Previous experience in a school, youth work, or mentoring environment is desirable but not essential
