Your role will include:
Providing one-to-one and small-group mentoring to support behaviour and engagement
Helping students build self-esteem, resilience, and emotional regulation skills
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to implement positive behaviour strategies
Creating a safe, nurturing environment where every student can thrive
Requirements:
A genuine passion for working with young people
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Previous experience in a school, youth work, or mentoring environment is desirable but not essential
