In this rewarding role, you'll support students in engaging History lessons, assist teachers with classroom delivery, and provide focused 1:1 or small group support to help pupils reach their academic goals. Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of dynamic and inclusive History lessons
Work closely with teachers to prepare resources and assist with classroom activities
Provide targeted support to students needing additional guidance
Encourage enthusiasm for learning and positive behaviour across the school
Requirements:
A degree in History or a related subject
A strong interest in education and supporting young people
A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
