Contract Type: Full-Time, Potential Permanent Role
Salary: £37,870 - £50,474 (Outer London pay scale, depending on experience)

A two-form entry primary school in Ealing is looking for a Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to take on a new challenge in a well-established school. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to become permanent.
Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), the school offers a nurturing environment with shared planning, collaborative teaching, and excellent support from SLT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons for a Year 3 class
- Collaborate with the parallel Year 3 teacher to ensure consistency across the year group
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes achievement and progress
- Contribute to the wider school community and ongoing school improvement
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Be a reflective and proactive classroom practitioner
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be committed to achieving positive outcomes for all pupils
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team
- ECTs are welcome to apply - the school may be able to offer ECT year
