SEN Teacher - Milton Keynes
Join a supportive SEMH School in Milton Keynes!
Tradewind are partnered with a specialist provision seeking an experienced and engaging SEN Teacher passionate in supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
The Role:
- Based at a specialist SEMH School in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
- Small classes (avg. 6-8 pupils) with excellent 1:1 and class support staff
- Long-term role with potential for permanent opportunities
- Immediate start available (flexible for qualifying candidates)
- Supportive SLT who provide regular morning briefings to implement EHCP Targets
Requirements:
- Qualified SEN Teacher with SEMH teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of EHCPs, behaviour management, and understanding triggers
- Ability to build positive relationships and encourage pupil progress
- Enhanced DBS Checked, with subscription to update service (or willing to apply)
- x2 References (one of which is education based)
