Experienced Tutors - Northampton and Surrounding Areas

Are you a passionate and dedicated Tutor with a proven track record of supporting student progress? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking experienced, in-person Tutors to work across Northampton and the surrounding areas, providing high-quality, one-to-one and small group tuition to learners in both school and alternative education settings.
We are particularly keen to hear from fully qualified teachers or highly experienced tutors who can confidently deliver targeted support across core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science - though opportunities are also available in vocational and specialist areas.
As a Tradewind Tutor, you'll play a crucial role in helping students build confidence, close learning gaps, and achieve their academic goals. You'll be working with a range of learners - including those who may have missed time in education, require additional support, or benefit from tailored learning interventions. Lessons are conducted in person, either in schools, community centres, or occasionally in students' homes (always within safeguarding guidelines).
Key Requirements:
Proven tutoring or teaching experience - a minimum of 1 year is essential.
Ideally QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification.
Strong subject knowledge and ability to adapt teaching to individual learner needs.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting learners.
