Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Secondary Schools across Croydon
Are you an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your education career? We are seeking dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a network of inclusive and forward-thinking secondary schools across Croydon.
As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting learning, delivering interventions, and helping to raise student achievement across a range of subjects. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.

Your role will include:
Delivering small group and one-to-one interventions to support student progress
Leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Supporting students with additional learning needs to access the curriculum
Working closely with teachers to plan and prepare engaging learning activities

Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Previous experience supporting students in a secondary school setting
Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
