About the Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects.

• Lead small group sessions and provide one-to-one support for students who need additional help.

• Cover classes during teacher absence and ensure lessons run smoothly.

• Contribute to lesson planning, assessment, and the development of engaging learning materials.

• Work collaboratively with the wider school team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• A qualified HLTA or an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to progress into the role.
