Tradewind are recruiting passionate and ambitious graduates in Oldham for year-long, paid Graduate Teaching Assistant positions starting in November 2025. These roles are on a temporary to permanent basis with schools renowned for developing the next generation of teachers.

The Role

  • Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Location: Oldham, Manchester

  • Start Date: November 2025 (depending on availability)

  • Pay: £90 - £95 per day

  • Contract: Full academic year (with the opportunity to progress onto teacher training after 3 terms on a permanent contract)

  • Eligibility: Open to graduates with a minimum of a 2:2 degree
